The Reentry Success Center provides free, connected, and effective services to justice-impacted individuals and their families. We help you plan critical next steps after contact with police and the courts.

We strive to be a healing and empowering place where our members and their families can actively build better futures. Being justice-impacted can affect many parts of your life, so we work with our partners to provide free, connected, and effective services all in one location.

Services Offered

Our dedicated team offers coaching on parenting, fatherhood, motherhood, and other related supports.

We offer courses on financial literacy. We assist our members with applying for financial assistance. We also provide free tax services.

Our dedicated team works with members to succeed in their chosen career paths. We offer assistance with resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation.

We assist members with school and workshop applications, offer resume training and job preparedness support, and provide on-the-job training opportunities to build essential skills.

We encourage our members to seek treatment and recovery programs, one-on-one counseling, and group supports. We provide courses on healthy eating, exercise, and cooking. We also offer free transportation to health and dental appointments, including tests for COVID-19.

Our team works closely with housing partners across Contra Costa County. We meet with our members to discuss their options on shelter placement, rental assistance, SLEs, down payment assistance, and eviction prevention.

Our team works closely with various legal partners, supporting a wide range of needs, from child support and record expungement to court fines and support letters.

We assist our members with applications to receive government assistance, such as Medi-Cal, Cash Aid, and CalFresh.

We support our members in their efforts to build valued and empowered lives. We help members set goals and connect to the resources they need to thrive. We also work alongside our members, partners, and allies to increase and maintain excellent accountability.

Our dedicated team encourages members to support one another—it is critical to our success. We offer social events and support groups, working with each member to form a network of support that suits their needs.
