In Richmond, Antioch, and Concord: Please call to make an appointment with one of our Ambassadors. An Ambassador is a current Rubicon participant who will meet with you one-on-one to answer any questions you might have about the program, and give you a tour of our facilities. If our program seems like a good fit, you will be scheduled to meet with one of our Impact Coaches to discuss your goals and our program eligibility requirements. Please call Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Rubicon provides a number of different services in partnership with local government and other service providers at sites throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. Although the services provided may differ at each location, Rubicon’s dedication to helping people reach their goals is the same.

Concord America's Job Center of California

The Concord AJCC is open to any job seeker. The AJCC provides access to computers, job listings and other resources to help you find employment. Additional employment and training services are available to those who qualify through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Contra Costa residents can also access AJCC services close to home at a network of Rubicon partners.  Learn about each satellite location here.

Reentry Success Center

We exist to help our members and their families build satisfying, independent, and positive lives. We understand how incarceration can affect many parts of your life, so we are connected with dozens of partners that have expertise in a wide range of areas including: employment, housing, drug and alcohol treatment and family reunification. Services are completely free.

CalWorks Counseling Program

101 Broadway Richmond, CA

The CalWORKS Counseling Program consists of about 24 weeks, more or less depending on need, of individual and group counseling. Each week you will meet for one hour with your individual counselor and for one and a half hours in a group meeting with other CalWORKS participants.

Rubicon Education Partnership

The Rubicon Education Partnership (REP) is a fully-supported program open to any Oakland resident who has been impacted by the justice system. We provide support and resources to reconnect or enroll in community colleges or 4-year universities and gain the necessary skills to earn a living wage income.
