Rubicon's Workforce Services provides a broad array of job training, career development, job placement, and retention programs serving persons with mental health disabilities, homeless persons, persons transitioning from welfare to work, low-income non-custodial parents, older youth, and other economically disadvantaged county residents.

- We operate the North Cities One-Stop Career Center in Berkeley. Since August 2005 our doors are open to all residents of northern Alameda County.
