Mental Health and Wellness provides a broad range of high impact services focused on helping people have full and fulfilling lives. Our recovery based services include:
- Individual counseling
- Wellness groups and classes
- Coaching and case management
- Money management
- Transitional employment, vocational training, and job placement
- Medication services
- Housing placement and supports
- Recreational activities
- Multi-media training
Rubicon has over 30 years of experience supporting individuals with mental illness in obtaining housing, getting jobs, reducing symptoms, and connecting more fully to their community. We have a tiered system of care that focuses on assisting individuals in moving forward in their recovery and improving the overall quality of their lives. Each treatment plan is tailored to the needs and desires of our consumers. Rubicon’s mental health and wellness programs know that all people are part of a larger community, and strongly support the involvement of family in treatment.

In order to be eligible for our services, an individual needs to meet three criteria: a diagnosis of a severe mental illness, Contra Costa County MediCal benefits, and be at least 18 years old.
